GRS is committed to “Raise the Next Generation” who could think high to collect global ideas for the nation. We concluded that if a child is inculcated with three universal qualities: hard work, time management and self-discipline, they are ready for any future. We work for it.
GRS observes the children through Multiple
Intelligence (MI). Every child is born with at least
a specific quality. Through MI we tend to discover
the children’s specific ability to make their future.
We apply specific technique of Neuro Linguistic
Programming (NLP) to motivate each child to
pursue their capability. All the teachers at GRS are
trained for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Every lesson here is prepared keeping Education
for Sustainable Development (ESD) at the center.
The teachers are well trained for Student Centered
Approach to teach through newly emerging
methods: ‘Inquiry Based Learning’, ‘Phenomenon
Based Learning’, ‘Problem Based Learning’
and ‘Project Based Learning’ in addition to
the traditional lecture method. These activate the
children to play with their mental ability.
